REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at felimonticelli@gmail.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
